Vacation needed...

Today's conversation: I was eavesdropping in the parking garage comprising of two other assistants from a different lab. ok I wasn't being nosy but they were being really loud. 

RA1: Do you know if your financial aid changes when you get married? I might want to get married.

RA2: I don't know.

RA1: Me and my mamma was talking about it yesterday and I think they give you less money when you get married.

RA2: What? That doesn't make sense. I thought they would give you more money because you would, you know, be more responsible and stuff. My boyfriend said we might get married so he can get added benefits from his job. 

SERIOUSLY!? 

Number one goal for this weekend: no meetings. none. zippo. nuna. NO.
